Seated Strength Training with Lynette – March 4, 2026 Get ready to move with purpose! Lynette starts this session with mobility exercises to warm up your joints and increase your range of motion — preparing your body for focused strength work. Then it’s time to get down to business with six targeted exercises for your abs and core, building the foundation that supports posture, balance, and everyday movement. From there, you’ll move into alternating upper and lower body strength exercises to create a balanced, full-body workout. If you’re able, many of these moves can also be performed standing for an added challenge — options are always yours. The session wraps up with a thoughtful stretching cool-down so you can recover, lengthen your muscles, and leave feeling strong and accomplished. This class is generously sponsored by the Frank & Hannah Charitable Trust, helping us keep these programs free and accessible to all.
