Seated Parkinson’s Exercise to improve mobility, grip strength, and full-body range of motion. Use a ball or pillow to build strength, coordination, and confidence from your chair. In this session, Alex uses a ball or pillow as a simple but powerful exercise tool to help provide light resistance, improve grip strength, support stretching, and encourage full-body movement. These exercises are designed to promote mobility, coordination, and functional strength while remaining accessible and adaptable for many ability levels. Through controlled movements and thoughtful pacing, Alex guides you through exercises that engage your upper body, lower body, core, and balance systems, helping you maintain mobility and confidence in everyday activities. This class is FREE thanks to the generous sponsorship of the Hannah & Frank Grossman Charitable Trust. ✅ Safety First Use a sturdy four-legged chair placed on a stable surface. A ball or pillow is recommended but optional — household substitutes work well. Keep water nearby and take breaks whenever needed. Move within a comfortable range of motion. Perform exercises seated unless you feel safe choosing another option. Do only what you can do safely and stop if you feel pain, dizziness, or discomfort.
