Equipment needed: Exercise band, Walker and/or sturdy four point Chair, Tom starts out with seated exercises for shoulder and hip mobility. As usual, he adds sequencing to challenge your brain and counting if you want to exercise your voice. Then use your walker, or back of your chair for balance exercises. Followed by upper-body stretch band exercises and the cool-down. Remember to be safe during your exercise. Modify the exercises to your own abilities. And be sure to stay hydrated.
