You don’t need to stand to get stronger. Lynette guides you through a full-body seated strength workout with options for every ability level. It’s Tax Day, but don’t overtax your body! 😊 Join Lynette for Seated Strength Training, a balanced workout designed to help you move better, feel stronger, and build confidence — all from the safety of your chair. Lynette begins with a gentle cardio and mobility warm-up to help you feel less creaky and ready for movement. From there, the main workout features combination exercises that challenge your: ✅ Upper-body strength ✅ Lower-body strength ✅ Core stability ✅ Coordination and endurance You’ll also see occasional cardio exercises, with options to remain seated or stand if you safely can. With warmer weather arriving, remember to stay hydrated, move at your own pace, and always stay aware of what your body can do. Modifications are encouraged — safety always comes first. As always, finish with some well-deserved stretching to relax muscles and leave you feeling refreshed. ✔ Use a sturdy four-legged chair ✔ Have water nearby ✔ Hand weights or household items optional 🌐 Find more programs and classes at: www.workingonwellnessfoundation.org ❤️ FREE, thanks to the generous sponsorship of the Hannah & Frank Grossman Charitable Trust. Working On Wellness Foundation is more than exercise — it’s movement, support, and community for everyone. #workingonwellnessfoundation #FreeExercise #SeatedExercise #SeatedStrengthTraining #ChairWorkout #TaxDayWorkout #SeniorFitness #AdaptiveFitness #FunctionalFitness #MoveSafely #ExerciseForAll #StayHydrated #StrongerTogether 00:00 Introduction - cardio & mobility warm-up 09:28 Main workout - seated or standing combination, upper-body, lower-body, and core strength exercises with some cardio 33:11 Stretching cool-down
