Happy Tuesday! A great day to do some exercise. Karly starts off with some stretching. You then continue to do a full body/range of motion/core workout. Ending with some more stretches. Make sure to go at your own pace.
Remember to be safe during your exercise. Modify the exercises to your own abilities. And be sure to stay hydrated.
