Equipment Needed: hand weights
Lynette leads today's exercise session. Warm up your brain and body with some clapping rhythms. Lynette's main workout is all about threes. Three sets of three exercises each, which all contain an upper-body, core, and lower-body exercise. Each of those sets is done for three rounds. Finish it with some hand and body stretches.
Remember to be safe during your exercise. Modify the exercises to your own abilities. And be sure to stay hydrated.
