Burnout is a state of chronic stress that can lead to physical and emotional exhaustion, cynicism and detachment, and a reduced sense of accomplishment. If you're feeling tired, irritable, or have trouble concentrating, your body may be trying to tell you something. In this video, we'll explore how burnout can affect your body and mind, and why it's important to recognize the signs early on.
