In today's world, there are many things we've come to accept as normal, but it's time we challenge these harmful norms. This video delves into the critical issues that affect our mental health and overall well-being, shedding light on aspects of our lives that desperately need change. Mental health stigma is something we must break free from. Too often, people suffer in silence, feeling ashamed to seek help. It's time we normalize conversations about mental health and create an environment where everyone feels safe to share their struggles without fear of judgment.
