The symptoms of anxiety can range from overthinking, not being able to sleep, worrying too much, or at worse, not being able to perform day to day activities like eating, exercising, or going to school. The types of anxiety disorders include panic disorder, social anxiety disorder, specific phobias, and generalized anxiety disorder.
