Polarization is weird: we all complain about it but we can't help being polarized ourselves. Diversity is a given when we talk about gender, race and religion, as it should be, but political ideas are becoming increasingly divisive in our everyday relationships. The reason might lie behind the space where we are having our "conversations" in our day age: internet and social media. Rodrigo Taramona has been an actor, DJ, collaborator of Condé Nast, teacher at the IED and at the Miami Ad School. Four years ago he co-founded Rewisor with Àngela Cardona, an online technology and culture medium in Spanish to create a bridge between the two, something essential but difficult to find in Spanish. From the web, Rewisor.com, and the podcast, WATTBA, share the technological, cultural, digital and urban news without ads. They also work with companies to help them understand, anticipate, overcome and take advantage of the challenges and opportunities that lie ahead. This talk was given at a TEDx event using the TED conference format but independently organized by a local community. Learn more at https://www.ted.com/tedx
