A lawyer and dedicated evangelist of the GDPR, as rigorous, curious, educated and committed as nothing conventional, specialized in legal adaptations to the GDPR. Privacy by design. Legitimate interest. Automated decision algorithms. Co-founder of Foundation for the defense of privacy in Spain. Defender of Legitimate Interest, even if it is not imperative, and of judgments of weighting - of the good facts. He teaches at ICAM, UPSA, UVA, where he says he learns more than teaches. After seventeen years leaving the loins in Garrigues Valladolid (Corporate, M&A and New Technologies), and seeing what was coming with the GDPR, he decided to make the virtue weakness and take out solo disc. He runs his own office. It grows. Learn and admire those who know more than him. He laughs with anyone. Advises multinationals and small start-ups: they all have the same problems and the little ones grow fast. Cinephile. Seriefilo. Indie-pop fan. Torreznista. Swimmer. Friend of his friends. This talk was given at a TEDx event using the TED conference format but independently organized by a local community. Learn more at https://www.ted.com/tedx
