Luis Wever, born in Punto Fijo, Venezuela, is a musician, comedian, creator of videos for social networks and Electronic Engineer graduated from the Universidad de Falcón, UDEFA. He is currently a marketing director at a shipping company. He has held positions in telecommunications companies, he has also done radio, television, theater productions, productions of various events, etc. This talk was given at a TEDx event using the TED conference format but independently organized by a local community.
