Muchas mujeres crecen en medio de una autoexigencia extrema e intentando siempre estar a la altura de lo que se espera de ellas, bajo un papel de heroínas. Pero, para poder avanzar libremente, también hay un modelo distinto de liderar sus propias historias: como magas; aquellas capaces de transformar lo ordinario en extraordinario. Personas que lideran lo invisible. Porque liderar lo invisible es visibilizar el verdadero sentido de las cosas y conectarte con las cosas. Hoy nos toca tomar una gran decisión: ¿queremos dejar atrás todo lo que nos detiene y empezar a brillar? C A passionate and energetic leader, with experience in managing national and international people and teams in multinational companies, and with direct experience in management committees. She has led teams in organizations with demanding environments that involve collective negotiations and management of works councils. She has led change processes. She encourages others to see things from different perspectives, always focused on culture and people, on forming sustainable relationships and teamwork. She considers herself daring and is more concerned with where she is going than how to get there or where she comes from. Because leading means much more than reaching a goal; it means provoking the next challenge.
