En 2010 se diploma en pastelería en el Instituto Gato Dumas y en el 2016 participa de la primera edición de Masterchef Uruguay
A fines del 2017 comienza “La receta de Leticia” que se emite en el Matutino “La Mañana en Casa” de Canal 10 y en el 2018 participa como columnista en el programa “No toquen nada”, de Del Sol FM, realizando columnas sobre química y cocina.
