This talk focuses on the ability of oneself to decide what to do and the idea that focusing on what you want can lead to much better decisions that focusing on what others want for you. Mauricio torres is 21 years old and currently is his studies of surgical medicine in the Instituto Tecnológico de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey. Mauricio has completed 2 additional graduate programs, one in the philosophy of leadership by the universidad Panamericana, and the other in business management by the Instituto Panamericano de Alta Dirección de Empresas. Last year, Mauricio has the opportunity of presenting his medical research project in the Medical Education Congress sponsored by the St. Sinai hospital of New York.
