Draw Tip Tuesdays - Waterbrush and Ink

Welcome to Draw Tip Tuesday! Today I'd like to show you that we don't need fancy tools to experiment and have fun with materials you might have tucked away in a drawer! I love drawing with a brushpen, but did you know you can make one, and choose what ink you want in it? Maybe you have a waterbrush pen - usually you fill the barrel with water, so you can use it as a paintbrush for watercolor on location. But instead, fill it with ink! Any kind of ink will do, and I have a bright red watersoluble fountain pen ink that I'm using today, that's otherwise collecting dust. Materials used in this video: -Stillman&Birn Beta Series sketchbook 8.5x5.5" -Mont Blanc Corn Poppy Red fountain pen ink (water-soluble) -Pentel Aquash waterbrush Your assignment for this week: Take a look at all the art supplies you have.
