In this video, I share my favorite way to break the ice with a brand new sketchbook: drawing my own hands as they draw. It's a simple tradition that gets me going every time, no overthinking needed. You'll see how I do it (even though my hand is moving!), and I'll talk about how to deal with that annoying inner critic that always seems to show up when we start something new.
