Welcome to Draw Tip Tuesday! In today’s video, I'm sharing a simple yet powerful technique that helps me break free from creative blocks and improve my drawing skills: the continuous line technique! If you’ve ever felt stuck, wondering what to draw, try looking at your hands. They’re always there and make great practice subjects! Hands might seem difficult, but that’s exactly why they’re worth practicing. With a continuous line approach, you’ll get more confident in your lines and create expressive drawings. The continuous line technique is all about keeping your pen moving without lifting it, which challenges you to map out the shape in one, uninterrupted line. This method is fantastic for: -Training your hand and eye coordination -Feeling more confident when drawing challenging subjects -Creating expressive, fluid drawings You can start with any subject you like, but hands are a perfect go-to when you don't know what to draw. In today's quick video, I draw several hand poses in just a few minutes. I encourage you to pick up a pen and do it yourself for a fun, relaxing drawing session! Next week, we’ll dive into adding color to our line drawings, giving them an extra pop of life!
