Welcome to Draw Tip Tuesday! Do you have a favorite dish or recipe? Why not draw it then? It can be very simple to do. For example: I don't know many people who don't like burgers, so let’s draw one. What do we need for that? A bun, a pattie, some lettuce, a tomato, and while we’re at it, let’s throw in a pickle as well. - and the bottom of the bun. There you have it. Give it some color and you drew yourself a simple recipe without any need to add instructions or ingredients; it’s all clear in the visuals. You could also draw these items in perspective, overlapping: The top of the bun and its sesame seeds, the pattie, by drawing an oval and adding the side by drawing a parallel ring, the lettuce beneath it, and then also the pickles and tomato which is another oval (but most of it obscured by the other items, and the side is basically a parallel curve, connected with a vertical line on each side- on top of the bun bottom. Maybe you want mustard and ketchup with that? Some fries, if you’re not done yet, and something to drink! All done - and if you add a dash of color, you will see that it can make a huge difference and clarify things. What’s your favorite food? Draw it!
