Welcome to Draw Tip Tuesday! If you ever feel like you don't have time to draw, this video is for you. Ten or fifteen minutes is enough to make drawing part of daily life. A single pen, a bit of water, and a few clear choices can turn a simple subject into a loose, lively sketchbook page. Today's video: drawing with a watersoluble ink pen and a waterbrush, Starting with expressive line and then activating the ink with water to create light and dark washes. Negative space, overlap, shadows, and contrast help ground your drawing and suggest depth, without overworking the page. This is a great approach if you like quick, playful sketching and want to keep your drawings loose and fresh. At the end of the video: a simple assignment you can try right away in your own sketchbook, using whatever pen and ink you already have at home.
