It's time to Stretch. It. Out. I'm going to be running you through a full body stretching routine today to, hopefully, help release some tension and ease any stiff muscles. As we hold each pose be sure to use your breath to relax and sink just a little deeper with every exhale. Of course, always listen to your body, do what feels right for you. You want to feel a nice stretch and, perhaps, just a little discomfort at the start but you never want to experience any severe pain, pinching or numbness.
