What's going on guys, it's Mark and Wyndell and welcome back to my channel, all my certification courses. But right about now, we're getting to the future of warehousing. But first, the intro.

Alright, we're almost started. So hopefully there were some upper management managers, assistant managers, supervisors as hopefully tuning into this tutorial. Go ahead and comment below. Let me know your thoughts of the workforce in warehouse and hopefully it opens my mind a little bit more as to what's going on out there.

I said it many times before when it comes to warehouses, small and large warehouses and distribution, small and large that they're the backbone to any company. I always said it, always supported them and fought for the right party and all that. But when it comes to warehousing, you can sell 20 million a month, a product. And if you don't have your warehouse in order, that $20 million really don't mean nothing.

If you misplace goods, damage goods and proper shipping, the warehouse team knows about RMAs, product coming damage, contact event, and so forth or they're up on that. So when it comes to all this, the bare minimum has to be some ocean guards, stand up, sit down, fork, lift, drive and certifications, with AI popping up wall over the place in the workforce. What did the management have up their sleeves when regards to scaling and re-scaling their employees? The future of warehousing can't be pencil and paper.

And even when it comes to AI technology, the bare minimum at least for warehouses to have a scanning system when it comes to scanning in and out the inventory for accuracy. And to be fair, small and medium-sized businesses probably can't afford to make the switch. And sometimes they feel that investing that money into the workers, to do automated processing through AI technology, they may not catch on and once again feel as a waste of money. And also if a company fails to refuse to really invest into their employees, they pretty much ain't going to be in business for the long haul, sad to say.

I will also leave a link down below in regards to distribution and warehousing serious package. It consists of AGV automated guided vehicles, the maintenance of it, the training, the safety training of it, order processing, facility maintenance, and much more in that link for that warehouse distribution series package. It's only a matter of time. You can only work your employees but so much until eventually they break, trying to keep up with AI, the antiquated way.

They're going to end up leaving and you might be losing valuable people in a process. The whole thing goes, it takes money to make money. So if you, if the only thing is you really got to sit down and review your employees who is worth getting invested into. Upskilling and re-skilling, so who makes the cut, that's where your money is going to be invested.
