So let's get started. This is an excellent course for employees to get certified in as I mentioned prior. For them to know the rights you can't really depend on HR, but the most part, they're there to protect the company. Also, a lot of small business owners with 100 to 200 employees also need to get into tune with their certification as well as their management team if possible.
So let's dig into what is an Employment Law Professional. These are specialists who deal with cases regulated to employment employees' rights, workplace rights, and employee benefits, disputes, and much more. These professionals could also during the role of human resource managers, or specialists who may hire prospective candidates on the basis of their knowledge about the employment laws. So let's go over some of the lessons the six-week program will cover.
