Employment law has been put into place to cover all areas when it comes to employee employees relationships in regards to salary, misclassification, discrimination, harassment, and much more. Small businesses need to know these rights as well as the employees more after they end draw. What's going on? This is Mark your Williams and welcome to my channel on my certification courses.

So let's get started. This is an excellent course for employees to get certified in as I mentioned prior. For them to know the rights you can't really depend on HR, but the most part, they're there to protect the company. Also, a lot of small business owners with 100 to 200 employees also need to get into tune with their certification as well as their management team if possible.

So let's dig into what is an Employment Law Professional. These are specialists who deal with cases regulated to employment employees' rights, workplace rights, and employee benefits, disputes, and much more. These professionals could also during the role of human resource managers, or specialists who may hire prospective candidates on the basis of their knowledge about the employment laws.
