What's going on? I'm going to go over five traits or rather I say habits that all good management leaders and so forth having common and all has to do with getting to know their employees more of the intro. What's going on and welcome back to the Zmarky Wams YouTube channel online certification course. Please make sure you'd like to subscribe to the channel, comment below, I support you, would love to get certified in.
I could probably send you a link to check out. So let's get into number one. Good management or good leader, they speak to their team. There's also they do something that is called the Gimbal Walk.
We'll also leave a thumbnail at the end of the tutorial. You can check out, get certified in, it shows you tactics and steps that you could go through during the Gimbal Walk and get in tune with your employees, your team and so forth in any department. So it's good to be in hold. It's a good morning, good afternoon, have a good day, goes a long way with your team.
So keep that in mind as well as you delegate your own little set team. Number two is true. They find out what the strengths and weaknesses are amongst the team, amongst the organization and they give you constructive criticism which you as the employee should take in the grand assault sort of sent, but take it to him that he's just trying to critique you, fine tune you, get you where you need to be at. If you slacken in one part of the area and he comes to you, say you know what you're doing is a little wrong.
If you do it this way, it could work a lot better. Give it a try. I may be wrong. Go try it out.
Have it that good management and leaders have. Let's get into number three. They found out what your career aspirations are going to be. Hey, you may like to work in purchasing for the rest of your life for 20, 30 years.
Nothing wrong with that. You may just want to be a janitor for 10, 20, 30 years. Nothing wrong with that. But a good habit that management leaders all have a go to the side, have a little power with you.
Wish the aspirations for working here. You've been here five years. You've been in the same position for five years. Is there anything else you would love to do in this company that gives you a chance to go ahead and explore your options, which you're trying to peep out.
I mean, I know how to get there or you may need some special training. Go to school, upskilling yourself and so forth. So that's one of the habits that good management and leaders have. They put you to the side.
They want to know what your aspirations is being at this company. So let's jump into the next one. Praise go a long way. A lot of people don't understand the power.
They're praising someone good job high five. Once again, they do that finger gun thing or whatever. But praise your employees, your team, your organization that goes a long way. It boosts the morale that make them want to push forward and be more productive in that company in that department or just for you.
Another good habit that management teams have, they give you honest feedback. Honest feedback also lays back on to constructive criticism and torture work performance and so forth. So the honest feedback you may say, you know, during a review, what they give you that other off to the side merit review or so forth or a quarterly review. And they give you honest feedback, you know, don't take it to heed, you know, as you get in toward that on a so forth, constructive criticism.
Once you understand what constructive criticism really is, you embrace it, you look forward to it. When am I doing wrong that I got to correct myself and do better to be more productive, to get things done right. You did a healthy guys understanding what sort of things is. It's going to be better next year.
Last but not least is the one I'm all in for. It's they create autonomous work, autonomy work. They give you the tools, the the understanding what the role is, the position is and so forth and they back off. They give you the freedom, creative freedom and so forth to do your job and they fall back without the micro managing and so forth.
A lot of bosses management, upper management supervisors and so forth. They're not worrying about productivity. They weren't about controlling, controlling the employees, controlling the organization, controlling the department. Creative work autonomy is a beautiful thing.
More where I go straight through the roof. It opens up your employees as well to be outspoken towards when they do need help. Then someone micro managing them and so forth and they search the shutdown. They're afraid to do anything wrong.
They also are afraid to go to upper management. Their boss of supervise they say, hey, you know, I messed up. We're about getting shot down, shunned and screamed upon and so forth. If you create autonomous department, autonomous work and so forth, you guarantee you're going to get the most productivity out of it because your workers are creative.
They know the position and they don't know the position habit that you have is training them to do it the right way. Step back. Many things for checking me out right quick on this quick tutorial. Go ahead and check out the links to thumbnails.
