You remember when the economy came to a grinding halt when the whole pandemic things sort of popping off the management started kissing us to get these workers back into the building before the Empire collapsed. Remember that right? And even some management's even doing the town said to hell with this. I'm gone.

Leaders jump in and do what they do best. They lead more up to the intro. What's going on guys is Mark Williams going to my channel online certification courses here. I'm here to snitch on management uplift career driven people and also I got to play with this.

I'm creating regards to DIYs and hobbies and so forth. Make sure you check that playlist out as I'm still continuing to build this up. So let's start the whole gripe thing right? So we're going to start with the title itself.

Leaders lead to management impedes and we're going to just break it down right quick in regards to management impediment which stages there to call nothing but confusion. Be obstruction, hindrance and so forth. So not all managers are like that but you will comment down below in regards to management that you have dealt with through the years and so forth. How they you up and run autonomous work people know where they come in and actually do on day-to-day weekly basis and so forth but then you have the management team come in and just scramble everything up just for the sake of obstruction right?

So I'm going to give a comparison in regards to management and I'm going to throw in some of those leaders that be doing their thing up and hand is all about productivity and a positive workflow and so forth. So let me throw an example out there for you. You could come in to start your work day already there too in advance as to what your your workflow consists of or week basis and so forth. You would come in management comes in, they would you doing and pulling files for this meeting this afternoon.

Management they go what's the meeting about? You could go well you was on it invite it has to do with supply chain and so forth things that get swapped up. Just for the sake of obstruction management will say you know what pull those files and let's sit down and go overall. It happens.

Now your job is you come in you pull these files for the meeting this afternoon then you on to the next line of business. Management want to put a time out and all of that and say hey let's sit down together and go overall this paperwork. You got the stuff to do. Management impede, leadership sleeve.

Another example that I could give also it's based on the true story actually in regards to coming in you get your deployment you ready to head out to face the world for the day two three days in advance you already know what you got to do. Management got out and said let me take a little quick side step peer management as I understand autonomous work is at an all-time high. Real managers are looking for someone who knows to come in and start doing what they need to be doing. With that said deployment takes place you head and out management stop shit.

Hey really off to I'm off the conquer the world I got my work orders I'm ready to do my do. Bring it back in. Bring it back in. Let's go over your deployment like I said based over true story.

Management will will read line per line after what your deployment is. I can't make this up. So you're going to go ahead you're going to do this and that and it reads here that go ahead and switch this and they might have thought they were two cents in like they use it and they're like but that would management do impediment they slow down the process. Grab your deployments out the door a lot of workers already know what they don't they don't need to sit there and get spoon fed.

Granted there is employees trust me I know that will literally wait for management to come in and direct them. Nothing wrong with that some people need that type of guidance and burping them and changing their diapers and such but in order to be productive a successful business and so forth it has to have productivity through autonomous work and I can't see no other way around it so there's another little secret that a lot of people don't know about management which I'm going to leave a tutorial down below thumbnail floating up over here somewhere in regards to managers hire people just to manage true story they don't want anyone actually smarter than them outdoing them. This just needs some that perfect chemistry in regards to hiring someone that's going to listen to what is being said don't question it or go against the green if he creates a team of that mentality his position it will always be his position no one's taking them out of position because he hired people that they can manage they're not going to hire someone that's going to outwork them outdo them out think have questions look for feedback and so forth they will not do it that's a little manager's secret of one-on-one links down below thumbnail was up here prior so let's get into some more of this deep stuff. Another thing that managers do that impedes work productivity is for example they may have someone in purchasing do something and financing just because a person in purchasing can do it much quicker it doesn't work like that sounds good in theory you know just to get to get the work done and so forth move out the way let them take care of it and let them go back to purchasing doesn't work like that that kills productivity someone is hired to do a specific job that they're specced out to do and can't fully do it that you have someone else come in and fill in the blanks kills productivity when it comes to leadership and being a good leader there was an issue of financing then not going to outsource to another department to come fix that the old bandaid on it they go on a spot re-skill and upskill that person right there on a spot was to trouble with the issues that you're having that we could fix it keep moving on not take from another resource to take care that problem upskilling re-skilling of course link down below in the description in regards to how to do that properly management has a way of first of management things they're one of the main positions is have a that they know how to delegate which a delegation scales and so forth how you delegate properly is a gift in the curse I've seen it done over the years order taken and order given once again managers hire people to manage people will come in employees will come in sit there wait for management to go ahead and deploy their activities for the day productive people autonomous workers they feel like robots they don't feel that they're they're being productive enough they were sit there we need you to file these all these papers in the spiral cabinet they would do just that come back sit down what's next autonomous worker got their own schedule filled out they go ahead and do the cabinet go on to the next business at hand order taken and order given will kill productivity especially for productive workers when it comes to leadership and leaders that step in and just x out with the management order taken and order given hoopla leaders will fill out your schedule for a week what's need to be done and so forth set out conquer the world beautiful thing there'd be a thumbnail here link in the description below that good leaders actually do this gimbal walk and it's just walking through their departments and so forth and just checking on their team how's it going any issues and just keep moving not criticize it not breaking people down if there is an issue they give you a quick once again up skill and re-skilling five ten minutes bite size to get you up and run it and still be productive is a difference leaders lead management impute when it comes to management and their authority if you're a sucky working you a sucky working things gotta be some repercussion took as you got hard working employees looking at this whole scenario that's going down and nothing that's happening so productive workers good worker that say help while I'm breaking my neck for this guy he's not doing anything he's still getting his paycheck he's not getting fired and I get written up so why I'm on killing myself to make it even worse bad management may pass off some of the duties to the deal workers because they know they're going to get it done I seen it happen I was one of I was getting dumped on dumped on with a ton of stuff until I say you know what timeout this shit ain't making no bit of sense whatsoever gotta break bread get paid your worth always say get paid your worth no repercussions there's no reason for anyone to be productive she gotta understand that management has to understand it good leadership you're gonna get pulled to the side get reprimanded verbal write-ups and so forth bad management if they do do that and they just so far and people left and right those positions are open who's gonna fulfill them bad management they gonna dump it on to the good workers like I mentioned before without back feeling good leaders know how to backfill positions so there'll be no void if someone has to go they gotta go they have someone else already to take that place take that position if it's temporary work or temporary help contract workers are so forth gig workers is another big thing you gotta watch out gig workers are coming they're coming for everybody's neck so thumbnail up and then go search for that one I got that as well gig workers so good leadership good leaders it will have like I said back feeling they have someone already jumping into that position to keep productivity at as all time high leaders lead management you got it and pee I give you another example actually in regards to how management always jump in stir the pot up me personally I hand my receipts in to finance and actually I get audit through my receipts and make sure things are what it is and so forth they don't understand what the purchases was for and I explained it to them it could be 23rd receipt I do it right there in a spot hand them out her seats get audit it get it eight plus because I'm outstanding you know but also if I need to re-up my company card I go straight to the my card need to be re-up should I make email 25 hour turnaround I'm back balling again management jumped in I didn't know that you were going to finance personally yeah it was it was no no no send us an email and we'll send it to finance two three days later I get money on my card me doing it personally 25 hour turnaround management two to three days I can't make this up if you guys can relate comment below because it's sick management do we really need them another tutorial I'm going to add you do we really need them they just a buffer they just a buffer to make all the complexity of a company make sense and then not make it sense to damn cells you the truth so through the whole through the whole pandemic that was taking place I was shopping around and everything and I did two walkthroughs with someone and it was funny she was in the front showing me like admin work and everything and she eventually went into the back and she's showing like the inventory to warehouse how how everything is set up is such and I'm like you do admin and warehousing she's like well you know I'm filling in for managing and stuff in the meantime wearing high heels and still toe boots and everything so I'm like it didn't make sense so that went on and everything I sat down and talked with another guy in regards to another position and he said the same thing you know I'm asking them certain questions about the position and so forth like well I'm not really managing all of this stepping in until we get management back up and running and everything is our bringing in more staff in that management who are you in you guessed it a leader many thanks for checking me out here in my rants is so forth it's going to be a ton of links down below in regards to upskilling and re-skilling your employees upskilling re-skilling management also in regards to how to retain and keep top talent keep them at your workplace keep them happy keep them productive autonomous work let me just help I'm with the whole link down below in regard of autonomous work management need a really dig deep in how to let these workers that really want to work make a difference having to do their do many things once again check these thumbnails that's going to be popping up at the end of this tutorial many thanks once again smoke your wind smell
