Comment below what you like to get certified in a non-academy link personally to check out. So let's get started. Leaders see the big picture. They're the ones that foresee the potential problems.

You know, the who, what, or the why. Leaders are teachers that teaches the team. They don't take over. They share their knowledge.

They're there to lead. Team members want to work and sometimes they need to be guided. So leaders need to teach. Leaders step back and let their teams do the work.

All the leaders need to do is delegate the work to the proper teammate. Leaders don't have to do everything. They have to make sure everything gets done. Leaders reward their team and the most important, let it be known to their upper management.

People think managers are gods at work. Here, here, here, here, here comes a manager. You get yourself an order and such. Good morning, sir.

Good morning, Mr. Pita. By the way, you guys need a new slash. You have to understand managers are human beings just like you and me.

They have the same problem as us. You know, kids, battles, bills. New hires come in and look up to them as they're savior since they've been selected to be hired. I'm pretty sure it has to do with some type of skill set you have in that decision-making.

Not the bash management in which they're in some new personally that suck at their job, but they're just like you and me. When it's all pandemic hit, the funny thing is a lot of managers were the first to get cut. They're the first to get a job management. The person to oversee an operation of a department.

They keep it running in this crisis, but that's sink in. So when the whole work-life balance came into play, flexibility, remote work, and the company mindset started to change the upper management job position roles. From people coming and saying, I used to be a manager at blah, blah, blah. No facilities, 1030 workers.

Not team, he said workers. And I could get them to do what is needed through overseeing and micromanaging the workers. To the interview, we come in and say, I know this is a management position. I'm a leader that will God and teach my team to be autonomous and have them learn to problem-soft and give them the resources to do so.

Before coming to me, and when they do come to me, we'll as a team figure the issues out together so we will all learn. Thank you. Thank you. Many thanks for taking some time to check out this tutorial.
