You have to understand the way AI is taken over. You can't hire senior management and expect them to jump into AI. These are antiquated workers that are looking for a secretary to delegate their work to. They don't want a hand-picked, chicken-picked computer.
I'm sorry. Everyone's equipped with a laptop. I get it. Owners that are up there, 60 plus ready to retire, they try to get someone to fund them to help continue their legacy.
Hiring antiquated management would not do. You got employees earning less, way less than them, but no more. They savvy into the technology. AI is into everything.
From the warehouse to financing, servicing, HR. So you need some fresh brains up in there. Not management that doesn't understand remote work. Trust me, I've seen it.
I've heard it. Management that's cramming everyone into a accomplished room to have an hour powwow about something. Hey, my man, you ever heard of Zoom? Ever heard of teleconferencing?
No. If you understand me, you feel my pain. Drop a 100 down below. Companies have to stop hiring old antiquated management.

Break out a piece of paper and a pencil and start writing. It's true. Do yourself a favor and get these young Gen Z's. If they willing to put up with you guys, get them up in there, get them up onto your business.
Give them the ones around and then sit back and watch them how they kai zai and the process streamline it. Get rid of the fluff going straight in. Luminate, trim the fat, whatever cliche you want to say. But you got to get these young men and women up in your business if you want to flourish for the next 50 years, 75 years, 100 plus years.
