You had to work place for a few years and you're ready to excel. You look around through up a management. Who can you attach to to learn these skills? I got a few gems for you, but first the intro.
As you scroll through social media, TikTok, YouTube, Twitter, and you hear people rant and raving about management. Not to say all managers are horrible. I mean, from micromanaging, being in narcissists, low self-esteem and a management position, is a killer. But there's a lot of mother f***ing out there to be exposed.
But when it comes to you and you're ready to excel at your workplace, as I've mentioned, who do you turn to then? If you direct manager sucks, who do you turn to? This while I come in, I drop some of these jewels on how to peep game and look towards the proper managers or supervisors when it comes to learning, earning, and getting to that role that you desire for when it comes to upper management for yourself. As you work five, six days a week, maybe eight to ten hours a day, you have to eventually come across some type of good management supervisor that you can learn to air to.
So listening to the management, if you have a meeting that you're sitting, and there's that someone that's there that is approachable, communicates, know how to resolve issues without flying off the handle, that's the one you gotta keep your eye on. Keep your air to, as well as take notes. As management approachable, do people cling to this manager when they're in discussions? Do they dread or have a upbeat when they approach these type of managers?
Check out the body language, how they communicate. It is a positive discussion with a positive end result. That's the one you should be peeping game to. That's the one you should be taking notes as how he or she conduct herself.
When it comes to being a formative, a resultant, that's the one you keep an eye on. Now if you're fortunate enough to have a direct report, someone you directly report to as a manager or a supervisor, I'ma drop some more jewels in regards to what the peep when it comes to finding a manager with good work habits that you can excel for. Does this manager know how to prioritize tasks? Delegate appropriately?
Some of my distractions so the team could be productive and effective. And if that's so, that's the one you should be taking notes from. Does management provide opportunities for upskilling and re-skilling? Does he or she open the floor to ask the team?
Is there anything you guys need for me to help you do your job more effectively, to be more productive? If that's so, you got it. Start taking notes. How well management communicates when delegating tasks, a project, that they open up for discussions for any questions from the team that they may have.
Is he or she fluent with when it comes to the details? If so, take notes. This is some of the blueprints when it comes to peeping out good managers, work habits when you're trying to excel. They leave in footprints, red combs.
