What's going on? This is Mark Y Williams and welcome to my channel online certification courses. This is a channel where you can learn a new skillset of brush up on an old one. Continuous education and improvement should always be priority if you want to stay current in your field of work and plus get paid your worth.

So let's get started. When it comes to managing a team at a business or your own company can be very challenging these days with all the new demands that your employees are asking that was never heard of 10 years ago. The workforce has drastically changed and I think it's for the better. To make this all work, management need to be ready for their own transformation when it comes to retaining their employees and be productive.

Along with the top seven tips for the managers, I will also have a few low cost online courses in the description below to check out. So let's start with number one. Never move too slowly on a critical personal decision. procrastination can damage a business of any size.

Of course people need time to think when it comes to risky situations, but understand you need to take risk to make progress. Many employees involved in developing and implementing strategies since they're going to be the ones doing the work based off of someone's decision, make sure they have a say in it. Create expectations. Think what you really want out of your team and have a discussion with them up front as to what is expected of them and how they're going to get there.

Set a stretch challenge. Make your employees grow and coach them along the way. Your team as a reflection of you is okay for your employees to outgrow his or her position. If they're ready for the next level, help them get there.

Address poor performance before it spreads to other employees and it becomes the norm. Reward just our players. Pay good performers with their worth and watch production soar. Don't take passionate workers for granted, think they will stick around for the love of the job.

Make sure they get paid the worth. Recognize pride drives performance more than money. Compliment a job well done, even more so in person. You can also do it in a newsletter, an email, with companies and management on it as well.

Management need to start understanding that their employees are there to work and as a manager, your job is to help them facilitate their daily workflow so they can remain as productive as possible.
