Comment below what you would like to get certified in and I can send you a link personally to check out. So let's get started. They say you can start your own business without a degree, but then require your employees to have them. Yeah, yeah, I get it.

You want to make sure you have the right fit to help your company succeed. Then in turn, you pay them just enough to stay. Then you be more than what's on them make sure they're working twice as much that you're paying them. Get them sucked into the work politics.

Don't forget about paying your dues, paying your dues in order to excel at the company. When they finally had enough, they walk out. Now, you have to try to prevent your ex-employed, how much the company did for them and you can't leave them hanging as they still leave anybody. So what do you do?

You start the same dumb ass process over again, again, and again. Since the labor shortage, some companies are still holding their heads high in regards to the hiring process and the expectation of their employees. They create these drawn out interview procedures that some take up to three days of you keep coming back. You know, you're on time for the 30th appointment, but they finally get around to see you around 10.

Here's a little inside secret. Managers supervises CEO, CFOs, any higher ups usually do this on purpose. They have you coming in the morning to sit around for the sake of wasting time. I've seen people get up and leave letting their reception know they have another appointment that can't wait any longer.

And as for the expectation of their employees, well, get hired now. Get to work. No one on party. No welcome committee.

Hell, you might be lucky to get an email sent that regarding you. Currently companies are pointing their fingers saying you guys don't want to work. Well, you're right. We don't want to work for you.

Meet personally a sudden new job while back. You got to call about being recruited with my old co-workers to run a new warehouse facility. As they told me about the others who have really gone on as a barcad, a laugh and simply they decline. The team you guys are trying to put together with Phil.

You created a filling team and me as I was in the past doing everything and also you can afford to me. With all that being said, they didn't try to win the over, come back with a strategy or simply ask if you want to run the operation and recruit your own team. Nope, none of that. So they are currently up and running with the team the assembly and all I can say is good luck you're going to need it.

So my question is, what is the mindset of these hiring managers? Supervisors that are scrambling off to hire anybody just to fill the offices, warehouses, and driver seats. If I was a company owner of these small and large companies, I would be hammering management as to why I so hard to recruit someone. Fast food restaurants are shilling out 12 to 17 dollars an hour.

You mean to tell me that companies are in competition with this? Burger joints? I have seen it done before when the owners of the company sat management down and asked them what is going on. They blame everyone but themselves.

I know owner who was calling back his ex employees and asked them why aren't you returning back to work and he got an air fool. A little bit about the pay but mostly about management and the work conditions. Also this owner started doing gimbal wall throughout this company in which I'll leave your link down below to check out. Here's another inside scoop.

To the management team that they may not know, put your heart in good faith or what you displayed down on your resume as an experience to run a department. The way you see fit. And that is to be productive and profitable. Meaning no one is really going to intervene with your process as being a manager or supervisor.

So why does open management still have a hard time simply managing when they got full range in control of the do-so? So I'll put together three certification courses which I might add to the more in the link in the description below. But as of now, these are the following. Management skills certification, supervision and management course, advance, and team building strategy course.

These three pack certification courses will show you how to be effective in benchmarking, how to motivate your team and keep them motivated, how to effectively keep an honest line of communication open with your team as well as a communication with the business such as memo writing and handling reports. Have you ever heard of a nonverbal communication? If not, the supervision and management certification course will have a chapter on that as well. The power you possess as a manager or supervisor, how are you going to handle it?

Are you going to hold on power tripping or are you going to use it to give your team the strength and support they need to get the task at hand done successfully? As such, this tutorial is all about creating your own team. There couldn't be a better certification course than the team building strategy certification. You will learn to see if there's a building passionate dynamic teams.

You will learn the many different types of teams such as problem solving, creative thinking, or employee bonding. This team building course will show you how to effectively interact with your team, assigning them roles and responsibilities, and how to feed off of one another versus everyone going through you for direction and guidance. You may think that because teams come together to achieve a common goal, everyone should be working for the greater good and harmony should rule. Nothing could be further from the truth.

You will learn how to handle conflicts with your team community. The funny thing is when it comes to conflicts within a team community, it's usually constructive criticism about a team member that needs to be addressed. So, if you're ready to recruit and retain your future employees or the ones you already have, these are the three courses I would suggest you take up. It doesn't have to be R3, but the team building course will definitely be a no-boring edge to pick up.

Many thanks for taking some time to check out my tutorial. All the links will be down in the description below. Please subscribe to me on this not any training certification courses you may want to pick up. Comment below done and I'll reply back.
