Of course we need upper management, but your immediate managers and so forth a lot of workers will say no What they need from management today Has changed and the way these upper management teams hired these managers hasn't so more after the intro I Was going on guys.

This is market Williams welcome to my channel online certification courses This is a channel we got learning new skillset of brush up on a old one Continuous education and improvement should be priority if you want to stay current in your field of work And please get paid your worth enjoy the tutorial auto links to be down in the description below Please make sure you like it this tutorial was informative Please subscribe to my channel so you'll miss out any training courses you may want to pick up Comment below. It's a wish to let you get certified in and I can send you a link personally to check out. So let's get started I've been saying this for the past 10 years and for those who know my work ethics You know, I don't need management instructing or directing me on a daily basis Now let me be fair and say yes I do need them for access information or even second opinions on job functions or duties But I'm pretty sure you know what I'm talking about when it comes to those other managers that be micromanaging hollering and screaming all the time the useless meetings the rights and wrong types of management You days are numbered buddy The vast majority of American workers believe with proper onboarding and training they could do their jobs effectively without the supervision of a manager As the smart companies quote on very quickly during the ongoing great Resignation that their management team couldn't keep their company afloat when pitch it in or recruiting new workers or even bringing back the old ones With the ever popular gave work and economy along with these generalists running around getting paid their worth These two type of people know how to come in and get things done No work politics no waiting on upper management to deploy them. They come in and get the job done Smart companies were starting to realize what was all this these meetings and starting to sit in on them People hollering and screaming workers looking down and out and a lot of smart companies do what they call a gimbal walk They took they take a walk through the business observe or assess what is going on in the company They may even talk to the employees as to what they're doing not to judge or correct but get feedback from them Simple questions such as why do you do it this way?

It's a good chance. He will say that's how the manager wanted So the employer may ask how would you do it if you could do it differently in the dialogue begins I Will also have a tutorial I will also leave it at the end of the video regarding managers hiring people just to simply manage The dirty little secret to this is they will hire someone who does have experience but a little experience and will express that to them But hire them anyway Once in they will constantly micro manage that person day in and day out negative seem like to his appears that he's on his job If I was one of those upper management I would be saying why are you constantly instructing your workers? It's either you're hiring the wrong people Are you not doing your job as a manager when it comes to proper training onboarding and so forth? Sorry once again, I'm getting back off topic.

So okay It's 2023 and the last three years gave us a new work habit such as remote workers a new work like balance Template the new creation when it comes to autonomous work and workers and let's not forget about our infamous gig workers and journalists that are out there This recipe I just laid out. Hey how about some direct managing in their buddy Now you're gonna spoil my soup over here as you see here. There is no need for direct managing What are we getting back into these companies or more self-motivated individuals with a desire to make a difference? Yes, they are out there just got to find These direct managers are now being threatened with every interview they sit in on because now you have people coming in with Generalist and gig worker skills says that are asking about work like balance was the vision for this company the mission Healthcare options and you have these antiquated managers teams like Let me get back to you on that often people are quite being a manager with micro managing people throughout the day Most people do their best work when not micro manage Almost half of all the managers do not receive management specific training when they get hired or promoted to that position So again, I ask how do these direct managers handle these new style of autonomous workers?

They simply can't with their current mindset. They just can't the best real-time example I could give is my new balls He came from running a construction site where you have 50 man crews at times He had years in that field of work delegating micro managing online screaming throwing people off site barking ridiculous orders and so on But now he's overseeing a six man crew including me, which is a hundred percent autonomous work We simply can't get an email of deployment and we are going for the day He even tries to show up on site just a micro manage and tell us what we already know that needs to be done He started to get pushed back from his workers as to the micro managing and he stepped back He even mentioned at one point I got all this stuff I have to do. I'm used to delegating this stuff out It seems like I don't even have a crew to get the job done Nope, you're gonna have to do it all yourself He has to understand he has a crew out in the field that already knows what needs to be done They will follow back up when deployment is done or if they need any assistant meaning you simply not need it When it comes to bad management meaning being Reprimended in front of your peers talk down to poor leadership and guidance your workers will return to their co-workers for help Simple and plain. They all know not to come to you for any assistance for what just to get belittled in the process I have seen management make announcements that no one gives assistance to anyone that needs it if you have a question come see me True story and to be fair I knew a good manager that would advise you if you have any questions at issues Please work it out amongst the team before coming to me Because if you ask three people they don't know the answer those three people in yourself need to come to the office so you get the right answer There was a little micro managing in session no hollering a screaming but an informative 10-15 minute meeting I will also leave a thumbnail at the end on micro learning in the digital age as well for you to check out You Yes, of course there is that that's why I had this channel to help these poor souls find the way back to start I will also leave a bunch of selective links related to the new management scales and a description to below as well Upper management really need to take a step back and see what is really going on in the workforce right now It is through the news Google or through my YouTube channel market Williams online certification courses The platform is changing quickly as smart companies learn how to pivot quickly as well to understand what these gig workers in General is all about and welcome them with open arms to their companies and upscaling and re-skilling their management team to be Facilitators to these new skillset workers Right management being facilitators of these gig workers in generalists.

Yes, of course in order for them to get the job done or task completed Meaning they need to access and data only you could give them Unload and step back. Yeah, I know this is going to be a tough one But we're not imagining back in the 80s 90s early 2000s anymore and right about now you guys need guys like us to help make a company or business Drive Many things was taken some time to check my tutorial out or the links will be in the description below Please subscribe so you'll miss out any training certification courses you may want to pick up Comment below done and I'll reply back You go also check me out on the Facebook market Williams They are also have an online certification page where you can like and follow as well Please make sure you check out these certification courses right here floating around And always remember to get paid your worth many thanks as market Williams and I'm out
