So some people know me personally on my Facebook page and they know where I worked at. A suck environment and the management team that we had, they've been counting for so many years and stuff and just think that the management team that's leading you in the right direction and you know that they're not leading you in the right direction. You know, you can't really say anything because you get reprimanded or even fired. So you know, I've seen so many people putting in 110 percent and still getting back like actually then come to find out that same management team actually bombs the company.

So they pretty much f their sales at our own job as well. So to the few that have been trolling me from time to time, you know, I'm still employed and you're actually struggling. So you know, next question. So you got to think, so from the owner, the president, the CFO, VP management, what have you, they have the diplomas, they got the accolades and everything.

They got the years and that specific field of work and so forth. What me personally, I think they're missing two important factors in the workforce, which is a autonomous work environment and also have an empathy. So I start with empathy. So it's pretty much having a capacity to understand or fill, you know, what another person is experiencing, you know, put yourself in their place, you know, you have an employee that may come in two days a week late, probably two days, 15 minutes late for, you know, twice a week or whatever, you know, instead of jumping on and reprimanding them, writing them up and so forth, you know, have empathy towards, you know, pull them to the side, having meet them, come to see why he or she is late twice a week for only 15 minutes that they get actually makeup that 30 minutes, you know, that week that's lost.

So you may have to find out they may have to run their parents somewhere and I'm winning the baby sitter is later so forth, you know, and like I said, they could make it up. So I like to point out from time to time, a personal experience of mine, you know, that I was 15 minutes late. Not somebody tell them, look how many cigarette breaks one employee takes. So we've calculated up is about two hours missing out of that day of them actually smoking, right.

So I always throw that in their face when they say, oh, you're 15 minutes late, I'm like, well, when an individual employee takes a cigarette break and knocks out about two hours of not working, but actually smoking within their eight hour days, then get a 40 hour work week paycheck. So the next one that I actually love is management and upper management need to create a autonomous work environment. So with that being said, it's having the employees put in an input and sort of help the management design that workforce, you know. So you can either assign someone to do a certain project or a task, and he's not qualified to handle that.

The employee should swap out the task with another employee. Not for managing to come back home and scream and why you did such a thing. So autonomous in the work environment is something that all companies should have, you know. So you got the management team, you know, being a manager, you got to understand, doesn't give you entitlement to leadership, you know.

And the company, and work autonomous, it goes hand in hand. So what I've done is created, I got a bunch of links down below for these upper management to hopefully take or anyone who's interested in becoming management to check out these courses. And it, like I said, has to deal with how to retain your employees, building that work like balance, which a lot of companies doesn't have. So people, even now with the remote working, is even harder for the management to handle.

So I also got being a remote manager, I got links down there below as well. In hopes of any management in the future that comes around will be such an asshole as the ones I have experienced. So make sure you subscribe, like my channel, YouTube it, mark your ways online certification courses, and there you have it. You also check me on Facebook, and on the web, which I also have online certification courses there as well.

So keep doing your job, mark your ways, I'm out.
