What's going on? This is Marky Williams. Welcome to my channel on certification courses. This is a channel we can learn a new skill set or brush up on a old one.

So let's get started. A manager with low self-esteem can often be pointed out due to their controlling and micromanaging ways. And someone who doesn't act in ways that encourage growth and opportunities for others, they often take credit for others people who work as well. You probably wonder how did they get to position in the first place with such a low self-esteem.

That's simple. Their experience carried them into that position, not their well-being. You can easily pick them out through conversations or seeing how they interact with employees or how they represent someone. Someone with high self-esteem will give encouragement and advise by reprimanding someone while the manager with the low self-esteem will go on to the degree, talk you down, and use them in front of colleagues just to make them look good.

It was only a few years ago you could have got away with this type of behavior, hollering and screaming while the higher ups think you're getting things done by doing that. When people either get up, they'll quit or be infired by management. Higher ups will believe anything management tells them about you, but not knowing its management, low self-esteem wreak in havoc amongst the workers. But not anymore, they're taking the credit for what your coworkers did or taking out your bad day on someone as long going.

And with the whole worker's shortage going on, the higher ups are keeping an open eye and air on how management is conducting themselves and holding them accountable for these employees. Management with low self-esteem have to understand how it impacts the employees that have to work around and with you. They could create a feeling of certainty in employees when they are following a leader who doesn't trust themselves. Also when a management lacked trust in themselves, employees could feel like the lack of trust is in them.

So what are ways to detect low self-esteem management? A lot of times management will latch on to a couple of motivated and formative employees and multiple departments. The run of questions regarding to get feedback from them. Trust me, there's a lot of people giving away excellent ideas just conversating, not knowing management is going back to these ideas to the higher ups as if they were his ideas all along.

You don't have to think that happens, but it happened plenty of times with me. Ah yes, the age old stunt move in the workplace bullying. If you have to bully someone to do a task or their job, you're not a manager. Again, it was so common in a workplace for so many years, but those days are long gone like I mentioned.

Go to HR people say. A lot of people don't know that HR is there to protect the company, not you. Even if HR write up a complaint and sit down your manager, you know he's coming after you. And even though retaliation is illegal in a workplace, your manager will make your job a living hell until you quit.

So let's move on to the next detection. Have another tutorial on this as well. Many companies hire amazing people on board them properly. Trust them to do good work.

Then the impact of micro managing coming from your manager is so obvious. Your highly intelligent and motivated employee then you get shut down. Every move you make need to be approved by management. This is the number one reason to me why employees shut down.

They give up. They wait to be told what to do. They stop sharing their great ideas. They stop taking initiative.

They stop investigating the organization and working hard because they know that you're just going to change their workflow anyway. These are the managers that come up with the most insane task or rules to be followed. Also mentioned this before in one of my tutorials as well. It was a department with two doors and management advised everyone not to use the other door.

So many arguments started behind this because it didn't make no sense whatsoever. Management with low self esteem is thrilled to have someone obey ridiculous rules they make up. They themselves know a stupid or how about tons of rules and processes that get a simple task done. I love the one when management won't give a new employee a key to a door or building.

He just started. Please someone to explain that to me in the comments below really. So between all the cameras and all the employees information that they got on this guy you think he's actually going to do something. He's going to actually do he could do after the 90 days probation.
