Going on guys, as Marky Williams back again, shout out to all the managers I got a question for you. Are you promoting your employees? I can be talking to you about it. Are you promoting your employees?

I've seen so many managers over the year selfishly. Hang on to these passionate workers and their departments. Let alone my night even give them no raises, there are a couple coins here and there. What are you doing to escalate their potential?

Are you helping a company by keeping these guys contained into your department under your thumb? A lot of passionate workers feel that managers should be given the green light for them to progress within a company, smaller large. It's not so the case. You as the employee you should go ahead and shop around through these other departments, starting networking within the company with other departments, other co-workers.

As he was going on, show your potential to them if they can see it. They can vouch for you. They can go to their manager and vouch for you to feel avoid in their department. So don't get stuck in the rut, especially if your manager isn't pushing you to do better within that company.

A lot of passionate workers, they just get up and just go elsewhere. There's no lesson learned from these four of these managers. Because they every go ahead and press reset and the cycle starts all over again with the next employee. So managers, comment below.

Let me know your thought process when it comes to your employees. Are you better in them? Or you just keeping them up on your thumb. In the meantime, you can swing over there to my YouTube channel, Margie Williams on our certification course.

Go ahead, like and subscribe. And you comment over there. Check out my playlist in regards to managerial leadership. See you guys in the future.
