Whilst accuracy and headshots aren't necessary per se, in practice you'll want to rack them up on this section, so use Dead Eye liberally here. You then have a long combat section with no associated objectives before you reach the wagon, use this to replenish your Dead Eye if you aren't carrying spare tonics. Shooting the dynamite Lenny throws is a case of being ready and timing - but aiming straight ahead and waiting for the right moment to pull the trigger should work best, as it should cross the centre of your screen.
