Strategy and tips:
Getting gold is relatively simple but one thing is really important: when you head out of the doctor's office at 4:20, turn left and follow the route shown. If you go this way, you should encounter the stag / coyote vision sooner, which will enable you to finish under the par time. Other than that just move promptly in the directions shown and you should get gold.
