First there aren't that many bad guys to get your 20 headshots with, and if you are too slow other gang members will get them. So you need to be quick, using Dead Eye and much as possible is advisable. Also the time line once you pick up Bronte to carry him to the Skiff is very tight. No where you are going and proceed there as fast as possible. You can't afford to stop because of his henchmen, again if you have surplus Dead Eye this will be very handy to quickly clear any directly blocking your path. Also make sure you investigate the smallest and middle of the three yellow marked chambers last to ensure you complete the objective to search every room in the mansion. This said, if you're on the ball this isn't too difficult a Gold to do in a main play through, doing it on replay with limited Dead Eye is likely to be much harder.
