If you've been following the linked guide you should be able to craft some more special miracle tonics from the yarrow, burdock root and golden currants. If you don't have the Legend of the East satchel, and weren't able to collect all the burdock route and yarrow in the videos shown, you will need to retrace your steps along that route the next time a video in this playlist instructs you to craft some more.
