A couple of badguys are easy to miss - notably the one shooting from the high window, so this also allows you to get some extra hits in as you typically won't kill with 1 body shot. You can probably budget for two misses, i.e. needing to score 8 hits. Remain in cover only popping up to take one shot at a time, since if you take any damage you will fail to get a gold medal - only leave cover when the last O'Driscoll makes a run for it.
