You obviously need to keep to cover. But there also aren't many surplus bad guys - you maybe have about 15 of them to score the 10 headshots on, and if you take to long there is a danger Bill Williamson will kill a few. Personally, I rely on Dead Eye to get the headshots quickly, so stock up on tonics for this one - it will be difficult to get on a replay. As always, only tag one enemy in a single Dead Eye use, and only activate when you are close the the head to preserve the bar as much as possible. As soon as you have planted the dynamite at 11:28, get ready to dash to cover as the bad guys will be incoming as soon as it blows. It then becomes a case of knowing where the enemies spawn and at what points you can safely advance without being hit. Generally stay in cover when there is a red dot on your radar and only pop up to take one shot at a time. If you make the headshots without taking damage, you should get the accuracy as well. You must accept the race at 17:32, it's easy to win, however, a word of warning: if you hit an obstacle, and fall off, you'll fail the requirement to finish without taking damage.
