So this isn't that difficult provided you are not doing a replay and stock up on Dead Eye items. As always, only activate Dead Eye when you are close to the head, so you can tag it quick, fire and deactivate. This will ensure you don't miss the accuracy stat whilst preserving your Dead Eye bar as much as possible. You should also attempt to get early headshots on the mounted pursuers from 5:27 rather than just fleeing. Also note that whilst you initially attempt a silent kill with Uncle, you can shoot his opponent when he is overpowered. That's recommended because if he breaks free on his own, you've failed.
