Normally, you'd only do this if you have an 11 or possible a value of 10 face up and the dealer has a poor card showing, but we're not playing to win here, we're just playing to complete the challenge. So simply double down on every hand you get: that will get you there by the fastest route, even if it loses you some money, but the cost of a hand is only a few cents, so you might as well get it over with promptly.
