This is much easier if you are doing it on a main play through rather than replay as you can use Dead Eye to get headshots and progress quickly without risking the accuracy stat. As always, get your aim approximate and only activate Dead Eye briefly to tag the enemy, then come out of it to target the next one - this will preserve your bar as much as possible. High velocity rounds in a bolt action rifle are a good idea here as you need to kill at range across the canyon. Once you've got the bounty you must kill everyone on the way out - so don't miss any, as if you have to ride back you will probably fail the time. It looks like the very last guy in this attempt is actually offed by Sadie at 15:30, so it doesn't seem to matter if you kill them or she does, as long as they are dead. Knowing where they spawn and eliminating them quickly is key for this one.
