The 90% accuracy doesn't give you a lot of margin for error here - you can afford at most one miss - but provided you use auto-aim, dead eye, or even better a combination of the two, it isn't difficult since there are not many bad guys in cover. If you're on a replay, try to save your Dead Eye for the chase since you must kill the first two riders before Susan gets them. Time your shots well and it's a simple gold.
