Make use of Dead Eye to get the headshots and accuracy. Only activate the Dead Eye when you are close to aiming at the head to tag it, and only use it to tag one bad guy at a time and you should be fine. There aren't many of them, so you shouldn't run out of Dead Eye. Then follow the route back shown, cutting across country (not following the yellow road marker all the way), and the time is easy to beat.
