With this is mind, only the first objective is on a time limit, so be quick with that, and then don't rush the rest. To free yourself and perform self surgery under time, be ready to start swinging straight away, then it's simply a question of hitting the right button when the prompt comes up. You maybe have about a 2 second margin for error - which isn't great, but if you hit the right button on each prompt you'll be fine. In terms of killing the O'Driscolls, I suggest following the order shown from 15:10 to 17:50. You must do this without them seeing you, which isn't easy as with low cores your aim will sway. You won't fail however for taking any health you loot from their corpses, which may help. Try to get them with a knife hand to hand as missing won't be an issue, although the last two I found I had to use throwing knives, the difficulty being you must one shot kill them or the alarm will be raised. Other than that, grab your weapons when they are all dead and follow the route down to the coast shown from 15:58 to avoid detection by other patrols.
