The time is generous to catch Cleet in if you follow the approach shown from 4:54, and headshotting the sniper using Dead Eye at 10:56 is no problem either (I also use high velocity ammo in the bolt action rifle to make sure) and you should get a kill cam to give you definitive confirmation. So then it's just about getting the accuracy, not taking any health items, and not dying. You can however take some big game seasoned with mint and thyme to respectively give you gold health and Dead eye cores which should last for the duration of the mission if you need a boost - just take them before you start and not during (with the latter you'll fail the objective). At the end with Micah keep your head down as the main thing is not to get hit, he will eventually move left even if you don't do much and trigger the penultimate cut scene. When the time comes, you only need a single hit in Dead Eye to finish it.
