If you are following the linked guide and playlist, complete the third part of this quest now. Using eagle eye and following the instructions is all you need. As a side point, this is also a good opportunity to "study" a cougar when it appears and gets ready to enter the wagon. Not required for 100%, but if you want to fill your compendium, it's a pain to do normally as they don't tend to sit still for long.
