Steps to Apply the TV ON Effect in CapCut Mobile: Open your project in CapCut Mobile and select the video clip. Tap on Effects from the toolbar below. Go to the Video Effects section. In the search bar, type TV ON, and choose the effect. The effect will be added directly on top of your clip (not as a separate layer). Tap on the effect to adjust settings: Intensity: Controls how strong or glitchy the TV startup effect appears. Speed: Adjusts how fast the TV flicker happens.
