In this tutorial, you’ll learn how to create a Horror Strobe Effect in CapCut Mobile using the built-in Negative Strobe video effect. Steps to Apply the Effect: Open CapCut Mobile and import your video into the timeline. Tap on the clip to select it. From the bottom toolbar, go to Effects. Choose Video Effects. Scroll to the Light tab. Find and select the Negative Strobe effect. The effect will instantly add a flickering, negative-style strobe flash across your footage — perfect for horror or glitch scenes.
